As of October 2017, the Richmond Park Hotel has been under new ownership with a family from the Falkirk area. We are carrying out a full refurbishment of the hotel inside and out. Our main focus will be on providing excellent customer service and award winning cuisine.
We also have a new Operations Manager – Neil McMillan – who has a wealth of experience throughout various industries and his main aim at the hotel is to provide excellent customer service and hospitality.
We are also very excited to welcome our new Executive Chef Andrew Thomas Hughes who brings a wealth of culinary skill and creative talent and has gained this through working in some of the top Michelin star restaurants to include Gordon Ramsey’s Maze in London and Cromlix House Hotel. Andrew has worked as head Chef in gastropubs, boutique hotels and recently has gained a AA Rosette award for his culinary excellence at Caraid Restaurant Llanerch Vineyard in Glamorgan, Wales.
